Are your jewelry items new?
Yes! All jewelry items are new and unworn.

How often do you ship?
Daily, Monday through Friday, business days only, excluding holidays. We operate normal business days and hours, 8-5. All shipping and handling occurs during this period of time, and goes out first thing in the morning. If your order is received prior to 5 PM PST, your order will be shipped the following business day of transaction. If it is received after 5 PM PST, your order will be shipped within two business days.

Do you combine shipping?
Yes, absolutely! COMBINED SHIPPING: Unless otherwise specified, we do offer combined shipping discounts on JEWELRY merchandise only, if you purchase more than one item within 5 days. We have a flat rate shipping of $2.99, for up to 5 items. Orders over 5 items will be charged a flat rate shipping of $3.99.

How should I care for my jewelry?
Body Jewelry Cleaning Instructions: Clean with warm water & antibacterial soap. Jewelry cannot be cleaned with alcohol, piercing spray. This will degrade the jewelry causing discolouration, gold plate & anodized titanium to wear off, gems to fall out, and acrylic to crumble.

Do you insure and confirm shipping?
Insurance is highly recommended, but optional, at $1.65 up to $199.00 in coverage. Kindly request if this is your option. All packages are shipped with confirmation @ $.75, which is included in shipping and handling.

What is your return policy?
REFUND INFORMATION: For hygienic reasons, jewelry items may not be returned. Returns will be given in the event of gross misrepresentation or product is significantly not as described, and refund will be given minus shipping. Item must be in "same condition" we shipped it in, and received back to us within 10 days of your receipt of item. Under no circumstances will refunds or returns be given on damaged, uninsured items. Please note that in all auctions the color may slightly differ from that shown in the picture due to graphics resolution and that is not cause for return.
